The game this week against the Panthers is mega big for several reasons. The outcome of this game is going to weigh heavy in changes for next year and years to come.
A loss this week will put a period on the Saints' 2004 season and will surely bring about radical changes in coaching staff and players, not to mention adding fuel to the fire for a franchise move to L.A..
A win this week appears to put the Saints in the playoffs and could lessen the chances of a major overhaul of coaches and players next year, not to mention giving our franchise justification for staying in N.O..
This game is HUGE! Not so much because it sparks hopes of bringing home the Super-duper trophy, because I think all reasonable fans understand that we`re just not at that level yet, but this game is huge because it can implicate improvement and moving forward as a respected team or it can indicate that what we have isn`t working and big changes will surely come.

I`d like to hear what you guys think about the impact of this game.

Although some people might disagree with you, saying winning or losing does not save Haslett\'s job, or decide off-season changes, I Totally agree with you. Winning breeds good stuff, losing breeds bad stuff. A win this weekend would get some respect, and possibly get us deep into the playoffs, or Super Bowl. I am not afraid to say it. Super Bowl. It could happen. Anything could happen. But yeah I totally agree with you. Go Saints!!!
