How is this scenario

So we somehow Forrest Gump our way into the playoffs with a losing record thanks to a shifty division. Arizona (I think they are the team to beat this year everything seems to be going their way) and SF beat up on Seattle enough to where they only get in as a wild card with a winning record. Somehow they come here and we beat them like they did us a few years back. A little payback AND making sure the Panthers and Falcons don't get in is a successful season at this point as far as I am concerned.

Thought about that today. We win Super Bowl in 2009, and the next year we play our first playoff game on the road against a 7-9 Seattle and we all know what happened with that.

Now...Seattle won Super Bowl last year, we could very well be around .500 ourselves to win the division. Seattle comes here as a Wild Card after a Super Bowl year when Arizona wins NFC West.

We beat the absolute mess out of that gum-gnawing butthole Pete the Cheat and his team of cheaters in the Dome. ATL & CAR sit at home and watch it.

Perfect. But we need to TCB from now until then...

Cardinals may have a problem with Palmer out and the Hawks are not the same team as last year. I do like that "Pete the Cheat" name would love to see him and their obnoxious fans knocked out.

That's what I was wondering, if history may repeat itself with roles reversed & it would be a 7-9 Saints underdog knocking out the Seahawks this time ... stranger things have happened, :).

Stanton is good for a game here & there, but I've never seen him string together five, six or however many the Cards have left. If they do win the West, I want him drug tested,.

If the season ended today 1) Arizona 2) Detroit 3) Philadelphia 4) New Orleans 5) Dallas 6) Seattle. We know this will change, but seriously, have to love the Saints chances if it happens to play out like this. If able to beat Dallas at home then off to either Arizona or Detroit, and no chance at all having to go to Seattle...

First thing first, need to win the division and get into the playoffs...

Packers are gonna' be in there somewhere ... at 6-3 with only two teams remaining on the schedule that could/will hypothetically beat them, they'll end up at 11-5/12-4 and possibly NFC North champs ... which may allow for a repeat of the 2011 wildcard Saints/Lions matchup @ the Dome ... the suspense is killing me, :) ... but yeah, Rodgers/Jordy Nelson & Clay Matthews ... those three guys alone (plus Lambeau) will carry Green Bay into the postseason. Bet.
