My question is why did this guy want a Bengals touchdown ball. Also Gresham was clearly pitching it to the Bengals fan. Pretty rude the way he elbowed the lady but the answer is he probably has been rude his whole life. I guess anybody can put on a Saints jersey and sit in the stands and act the way they want. That however is something I would expect in Philadelphia, San Francisco or Seattle.

Yeah, I agree with the "why would you want an opponent's ball?" and the "it happens a lot in baseball" sentiments ... it's considered an honor in the Comerica Park left field seats to be escorted from the game by the ushers for throwing an opposing team's home run ball back onto the field, :D.

Glad she finally got a game ball. Thought I heard the taker quoted as saying, "I'm a Bengals fan too" ??. No excuse. Makes me half wonder if he's just a Cincinnati resident who happens to support the Saints, :rolleyes:.

My bet is he is 100% as ignorant this morning as he was yesterday afternoon. It takes decades to get that ignorant and dishonorable...it didn't just magically get fixed in 24 hours regardless of national media coverage.

He probably has it validated in his mind somehow that he's in the right and he wants to be remembered as a s--t bird for all eternity.

Hell, he's already shown his true character. The "heat-of-the-moment" shows the true character of people, and this dude took his douchebaggy-ness to a level many fail to make in two lifetimes by not giving the ball back after a flagrant illegal contact to the face of the lady he got the ball from.
