Theme for next season should be Johnny Cash's "I'm going to Jackson". Hopefully it gets back to the "gladiator acadamy". We are soft, kind of spongy actually!!

Sadly, I think we are stuck with going to the resort for training camp for awhile. They moved heaven and earth to get it ready for us. I could be wrong, just speculating.

Players I think need grit are: Aikem Hicks, Hawthorne, Jenkins
Players I think need leadership skills are: Galette, Jordan,
Players we need to replace for salary cap or other reasons: Grubbs, Goodwin, haralson, Meachem, Evans, Colston

Yep attitude is missing on the field. we saw signs of it at times but those games were to few and far in between to make a difference.

But in no way do I accept the media attempt to put a spin on this season and lat Rob off the hook.

His players. He allowed players to be cut. added 2 years of draft picks and FA to this team and as of now it appears he has done more damage than good. we playing like a cowgirls defense that divorced him. wearing fleur-de-lis can not hide this fact.

his schemes. oppsss scheme sorry not like he does a world of on the fly adjustments.

Most importantly it is his coaching we are seeing on the field.

40% players and 60% Rob.

just watch a the media tries to spend this year into a player issue not so much a coaching issue.

In all fairness he did do those things at the start of the season but the players were too dumb to make on-field adjustments. Remember all of the communication issues? Rob had to scrap all that.

I don't think the location is a problem, it was lack of focus.

I'd expect next season there will be some brutal practices there. The facility has everything we need to run a great training camp. The coaches just need to bring some nastiness along with them.
