OK. So an NFL owner is going to file charges against an attorney. Man, this one is hard to pick sides on, even if the owner is from Chicago and the attorney is from NO. To bad they can't both loose.

My guess is the fan moved to one of the thousands of empty seats and the owner just couldn't stand watching him enjoy the game.
