Oh, yeah, Bledsoe. It's amazing that he go hurt, and his replacement took them all the way to the big dance. Ever hear of a guy named Tommy Maddox. Didn't he use to play QB somewhere, until he got hurt and some rookie came in and hasn't lost a game yet. I guess some guys are replaceable, and some aren't.

I would tend to agree with that, but, that\'s not the point. Would Jake Delhomme have put us on that map, or maybe Bulger. How about a rookie named Ben or Eli. The point is that everybody is replaceable, and sometimes the results are surprising....but, how will we ever know if someone else could guide our offense and team to the promised land. We are going to get AB shoved down our throat, as long as Haz has anything to say about it, even if he is hurt, and that\'s what makes him undesirable as a head coach. I guess there\'s no other word for it but stubborness.

Whether you think you can or think you can't...you're right!

That\'s the frustrating thing dberce. I think we all know we would have struggled at times with J.T., but it\'s even more frustrating that we have to struggle with Leon, cause he HAS the talent. I don\'t think anyone ever denied that. Where that talent goes on most Sundays, God only knows. But it\'s more frustrating to struggle with him than it would be to struggle without him. I get so sick of fans of other teams saying how talented Brooks is UNTIL they watch him actually play. It\'s easier to understand struggling with a guy who may not have all the talent in the world but lays it on the line every game, than it is to understand struggling with a guy who has ALL the talent, and talent around him, and can\'t put it together in 4 some odd years.

Who was NE's QB before Brady?

well looking at our situtation in hindsight is a mother f@@ker. i think that most of probally thought aroon was the right guy for the job. i always liked jake but not to the point where i thought he would be as good or have a s much talent as brooks. but sometimes its heart and not talent.

but be honest for one second earlier this year noone was screaming for jake with the way he was playing. getting rid of j.t. was something we had to do to get mckenzie. i think jt may be good in this league. he would have at some point maybe helped us. mckenzie is already paying dividends. we dont know what jt will ever be but i did like the kid also. to me he seems like he will be good. but we dont know. i dont thiink the team or org. wanted to get rid of him. sometimes u mkae choices u hope dont come back and get u. right now i\'d like to stick with brooks for one more year because he gives us our best chance of winning. i\'d like to see if we can do something next year. if not then it is time to rebuild. coaching stafff and all. just my thoughts

Your team stinks

... and no one was making excuses for him either..
..you know...
.. only the center staying over from the year before...
... no Stephen Davis..
... no LeShaun Foster..
... no Steve Smith,,
... etc...

.. and no one was making excuses for the Panthers defense either..
.... you know...
... rookie CB...
... staring MLB out for almost half the season with concussions...
... replacement MLB coming off surviving cancer...
... stud DT out...
... etc... etc...

... nope... Jake and the Panthers were expected to perform despite the 14-member IR list... no excuses for them... then again, neither Jake nor the Panthers need them..

Should we draft a QB this year? If so, who and what round? I\'m interested in the answers we\'ll see on this. I have an idea of who I\'d like to see brought in, but I\'m not sure he\'ll be there when we pick in the 2nd round.
