- We're not really over the salary cap. We have a lot of mechanisms in place to get under the cap. We're in a better position than we were this time last year.

- Don't know much about Galette. Let the legal process play out.

- SJB has a lot of great traits as a corner. Was not ready to play. Some draft picks take a while to acclimate.

- Ian Rappoport report that Pace taking over at GM. Basically called Rappoport incompetent. "I think he's got about a 30% accuracy rate on his reports"

- Still in early process. Looking at every aspect. Scouting, coaching, players. Everything we do. Have to be honest with ourselves about some things that aren't working anymore. Not willing to discuss a lot of that right now.

- Pace interviewing for two GM jobs.

- Loomis involvement with Pelicans is "overblown". He is almost solely focused on the Saints.

- 7 and 9 is not acceptable for us.

- We have some core values we instituted when SP took over. We have to revisit those and make sure they are being implemented in the locker room. We have to look at ourselves and make sure we're not straying from our core principles.

- I have to look at what I do. Sean needs to do the same thing. Having some very frank conversations with SP about each other and our failings.

- Frustrating. Expected some results that we didn't get.

- Hard to make a training camp tougher these days with the new rules. I felt like things we did in West Virginia was a good experience. That's not the reason we were 7-9. We had good focus. I'm not concerned about that being part of the problem. I actually think it's part of the solution. We plan to be back in West Virginia. There are some things we will do a little differently though.

Salary Cap is nothing more than an accounting inconvenience. Someone else mentioned that last week. Salary cap I am not worried about it. It is who we are paying with our Salary cap that worry's me. We need hungry football players that we simply don't have right now.
