This isn't college, or a prison, so 'buy-in' from the players is very important.

Think about this for a second; Sean Payton is considered one of the top 3 paid coaches, but his salary is less than what Bunkley got paid this year...

As an investment is it more important that my 5mil per year coach is happy or my 20mil per year QB?

Not saying the players should run the team, but player 'buy-in' is very important.

Whether you want to hear it or not, outside of his first season here he has never really been successful, boss. I wish he had been. Never mind eating the crow when it is to the teams benefit, but he sucks
I hate to say it, but I agree.

Oh, wait! They did that this year.

It couldn't hurt our rep to fire RR and bring in someone else.

The same results as last season? Year after year? You sure about that?

And this team HAS talent.
Really? Where?

I'd have to agree that we have a lot of talent on defense. They just totally underperformed this year.

Jordan
Galette
Hicks
Lofton
Lewis
Vaccaro
Byrd
Jenkins
Bush

So far Sean hasn't made enough changes with regards to the defensive coaches. When will that happen?

And I'd have to disagree...

I did say Lewis, Jordan, with Vaccaro as "jury still out"

I'll give you Byrd same as Vaccaro, "jury still out", since he had one good game then looked bad before he got hurt, but he has a history, although I didn't follow the Bills, so I don't know.

But the rest, I just don't see true talent.
