Would be nice if we already have our #2 corner on the roster...

Maybe we should have promoted Pace to General Manager?!?

from article, I think sometimes our expectations of draft picks, even high draft picks, are a little unrealistic,” Loomis said. “So look, part of the time when a draft pick comes in, he’s just looking for the right room to go to, much less to understand what it takes to play at a high level in the NFL.

WTF does he think his and the coaching staffs role is?!?

We've already been that team that drafts and develops players...for other teams!

I'd really like to know the decision-making process/command structure that has gone into some of these bone-headed draft day decisions...

Short of maybe quarterback, you can't draft players in the early rounds to just sit a year and be successful...

Did he really cite Meachem and Henderson as fruits of waiting a whole year on the investment of an high draft pick?!?

That would confirm what I already suspected...

sorry i am lmao still over this one to/ how big is the saints campus?

whats next? he put on freshman pounds at the soft ice machine?

This was the perfect year to see the field and get some game time in and he sat. the more this goes on the more i see this is a front office pick that Rob has done everything to keep off the field.

I don't think he's allowed to say

"Well that was a waste of a pick, the guy literally has no clue and players still have to tie his shoe laces for him"

I'm thinking still they are making a SS out of Baptiste. He is our Seahawks Chanceler.

Speaking of SJB. This was his NFL draft profile "weaknesses"..

Quote:

WEAKNESSES Has relatively small hands. Not especially strong for his size. Stiff hips. Is not a quick-twitch athlete and struggles to mirror sudden receivers. Lacks elite top-end speed (long-strider). Green positional instincts. Picks and chooses his spots to be physical -- inconsistent run defender. Has tweener traits. Football aptitude is lacking -- could struggle to grasp and execute complex assignments. Will be a 24-year-old rookie.

F*** me...we're 'outsiders' and we could see it was a bad pick...

It's sort of like when Mora would geaux into the prevent defense and take the best players (Saints Linebackers) off the field...

Everyone in the house knew what was gonna happen, like watching a car accident...

And then the conceited MFer had the nerve to tell us "you think you know, but you really don't know..."

Well, Jim, we did know, then and now, football is not rocket science and we can see a moronic move as it plays out...

And Stanley Jean may turn into a great player and I hope he does...

But let the other kids develop talent; make sure our first, second and third round picks are able to play immediately...
