Yeah, you're right. I was getting used to Deuce McAllister being the last back with 1,000yds in Saints history.

Ingram is a great fit for a team that can execute a ZBS.

That was supposed to be our team's strength in 2014. Age and injury caught up to us.

Eager to see what Bret Ingalls can come up with in 2015.

How can a guy that got 963 yards on 220 carries, averaging 4.3 yards per carry and 7 TD's not be a good fit for this team?

Bearing in mind that he missed 3 games with a broken wrist as well, he would have easily got 1100+ yards if his wrist didn't get injured

Bringing Ingram back is a no-brainer IMO.

Neither is fixing the o line and d line.

So the light bulb came on in year 3,also happens that they changed up their run blocking scheme. Coincidence? I think not.....

Wasn't all the o line. They certainly struggled at times.

Agree the right scheme helps. He ran it at Alabama, Payton wanted to switch to it and that's why he traded up.

I don't see why he would let him go now...
