I will go one step further. ROT that can be bounced to LG when needed or when the saints decide what will happen with Grubbs.

La'el Collins needs some coaching but should be ready to hit the field day 1

draft a solid developmental OT so he is ready to go when the day comes

Cedric Ogbuehi like Collins he does not belong at LT just yet if ever. but in the 3rd? steal

or

Donovan Smith coaching can correct all the errors in this kids game

since i have taken rounds 1 and 3 why not go round 2

OC Reese Dismukes starter day one Lelito gets groomed for swing back up at both OG position and C. starter at RT later?

60% chance all goes as planned and if it does the offense will only be looking for developmental players for years to come on the OL.

now go get the defense

If you've ever slapped your hand down on a hard surface in cold weather - you're beginning to get an idea of what he was going through...

I'm not so quick to want him off the team now. It's amazing what a little information can do.

Switching sides on the line isn't all that easy thou. It usually messes quite a lot with your stance and take of etc.

I do like Collins and Dismukes but not that high up, I could see Alexander G out of LSU in the 3rd would push Evans and Grubbs and may the best man win, in the 4th I really like Garcia G/C out of Florida a natural fit at C and let Lelito and him fight it out for C the worst that could happen we have a G/C back-up if a G/C goes down.

Oh I'm not minimizing it. I played offensive line in HS (HS, Pros... Pretty much the same thing lol). You're hands are almost as important as your foot work.

It definitely could explain the drop in quality play.
