this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; How close were the Saints to being Super Bowl contenders? One play in any of 5-6 games gets us into the playoffs beating Ariz in the dome in round 1? probable going to Sea and winning? Not likely...

Especially if we agree PFF's assessment that we had 8 (or thereabouts) bad qualifying players. That is a BIG takeaway from any list of Good or Elite qualifying players. |
