Just someone different please. Does it get any worse than last? If someone comes in and makes us 31st it\'s an improvement.

I would love to see us pick up someone on Andy Reid\'s coaching staff. I love there schemes and the aggressive way they play. They have had an outstanding defense year in and year out with a variety of players in which the system has made them stars. There secondary even without Vincent and Taylor is awesome. Look at the injuries to there defensive line and no matter who they plug in, that player produces. I saw either pluck someone of Philly\'s or Washington\'s staff. I wouldn\'t consider anyone that runs a 3-4 defense because we just don\'t have the players to run it. We have 3 great rushing ends and if we switched to a 3-4, they would have to play the run more and lose out on our sacks.

I agree we need to stick with the 4-3 and run the same man/cover-1 and man/cover 2...but not the straight cover 3 zones that we were playin at the beginning of the year!

	Everyone is entitled to be stupid, but some abuse the privilege. All little common sense goes a long way.
