Should the Saints gamble on Randy Gregory, Marcus Peters or Dorial Green-Beckham?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; I'd be fine with any of these guys. Gregory is the only one I'd take at 13 though. I would love to see Gregory and McKinney. Gallette and Gregory coming off the edges. Mckinney and Ellerbe running from sideline to ...

Gallette and Gregory coming off the edges. Mckinney and Ellerbe running from sideline to sideline in the middle. We are instantly faster and more athletic at LB then we have ever been.

so basically i guess the answer is this

if they fall into your lap sure wth.

by the way

13 - Randy Gregory
31 - Marcus Peters
44 - Dorial Green-Beckham

might not really be not that far fetched.

Dorial Green-Beckham out for a year and carrying a ton baggage to boot. 1st rounder i have never really bought into. Domestic assault allegations and pot?

Not at 13. Too much talent available. Plus, these talented guys almost always get a pass because they're young. At 21-23 years old, you are pretty much are what they say you are. There's a whole lot more flame-outs than success stories for those type guys. Can a person grow and mature? Absolutely. But, with that type of money, along with the brutal nature and pressure of pro sports, it's just not easy.

If you fail the combine drug test you're likely going to struggle with the play book because apparently you're not that bright.

Sort of. His name is Collins but he's probably gonna be a stud LT, not an OG.

If we're looking at OG, Sherff is probably the guy we want, and he can step in as a stud RT when Strief finally hangs it up.

I heard a guy on with Kristian Garic on WWL about a week back that said not only has Gregory failed 3 drug tests - he's also got a questionable motor (occassionally takes plays off).

Sorry, none of that here - PASS

I'd rather entertain trading back if he is there at #13 and someone is wanting him

Do you like the interior lineman from Florida State as much as I do?
