So we get a player Rob Ryan made into a pro bowl 3-4 olb.

One injured season led to two down years and made him an affordable risk worth taking.

Valuable veteran leadership in the locker room, understands the scheme.

What's not to like?

I'm not excited about this signing. But I do feel good about it. We are now able to go BPA throughout the draft and don't have to reach for a particular position.

It's not exactly a flashy signing. Neither was Scott Fujita but.....

Butler's unfortunate Saints "career" had very little to do with Victor Butler. We should hope all players last longer than he did...

If he's still lost a step due to injuries, could be anywhere between a B and an F
