Underhill Article

10. I think draft grades are worthless. They’re fun to read, but it really doesn’t matter what letter someone attaches to your grade. ESPN gave the Saints a “C” for their 2006 draft. Three of the guys from that class are still key players on this team. Nobody knows how things are going to work out, not even the guys picking the players.

draft grades are worthless right after the draft. give them 4 years then grade the draft. IMO but it does kill time

P.J. Williams in the third made me the happiest of all the picks

Kikaha was my favorite pick.
Anthony my second.

Really excited for the round 7 RB from Mizzou as well.

The reach itself made me take a deep breath even though i had i good idea this was the pick as most of us did. he is a solid gamble and i can not wait to see how it turns out

he wins my most interesting pick. that one came out of no where for me. I got a friend that is a huge Mizzo fan and he say he has that something special thing about his game that made fans stand when ever he touched the ball. big play just waiting to happen despite the fact when you looked at him you would never think he was anything special. he has that special 6th sense when he plays to make things happen.

IMO he was the safest pick and the best value pick of the players we drafted. no second guesses at all. not a one. I was not a huge fan of him in 1 our upper part of 2. but 3? hell yeah

I'm going back and taking a closer look at Damian Swann...

Too ironic that we traded our fourth to Seattle who traded that pick with multiple picks to Washington who traded us the fifth they got and we selected Swann...
