New Orleans Saints sign Antonio Johnson after minicamp, according to agency

The New Orleans Saints have signed North Texas offensive lineman Antonio Johnson after he participated in the team's rookie minicamp this weekend,

Johnson is a teammate of Cyril Lemon, who signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent earlier this month.
A 6-foot-5, 302-pound native of Diboll, Texas, Johnson was a four-year starter for the Mean Green.
Johnson was a participant at the New York Jets minicamp last week but did not sign with the team.
The Saints had 89 players on their 90-man roster entering this weekend's minicamp.
Any additional signings would require a currently signed player to be cut.

Six-five, 305. Will be a nice addition to the practice squad in August
We also cut Stephon Sanders, LB. Not a good year to try to make this team as a UDFA at LB

Armstead has been injured. There's some camp bodies and street FA's lining up at LG. The C has been injured. Evans is another year older. Strief is another year older and has never been anything above solid. All hands on deck.
