Here We Go Again: Patriots Blogger Takes a "Shot" at Drew Brees and the Saints

Here we go —- AGAIN.

The never-ending litany of negative things being said and written this off-season about the Saints and Drew Brees gained another one to its credit yesterday, when writer Jim Bulger of the New England Patriots fan site / blog “Freeing Brady” said that Brees and the Saints looked old, and that maybe more than them just being old, that they are a bad football team.

That's right - nothing to see with the Saints - move along.

Brees is obviously done - a team would be better off with Heath Schuler at the helm.

The defense is MUCH worse and we have no offensive weapons.

Just keep telling yourselves that and all will be swell...

It is a terrible article, but with that being said our offense did look old and stale last season and we were a bad football team.

I'm not worried about the offense at all. I am worried about the defense. I'm not sure Ryan is the one who can fix it and not sure he will be able to
