Ya'll are assuming that he will be playing and not suspended. The moron thinks he's above the law and better than everyone else. Who knows what kind of trouble he'll get into between now and then.

JR has been in Washington since Monday and has yet to be offered a contract. Rumor is the more the skins hear the more they dislike.
