I understand anything can happen during a season. Teams get key players injured and a promising start can turn into a disaster. But what happens when you suck in your first 2 games and corrections are promised but they never happen? What happens when the coaching staff doesn't know what to do or are stuck in the past with what worked then? When bad draft choices were made in the prior season and now you are playing with rookies? You sign free agents for big bucks and they can't play? What happens if the game has passed you by?

This is what we are experiencing now. We have been in a hole since 2014 and doesn't appear we can dig ourselves out. I don't see the possibility of turning this train wreck around in 2015.
