At this point I think it's pretty clear our play will not result in a playoff spot with us already two games behind.

In all fairness I'm intrigued to see what our possible future at QB would look like.

I'd like to see what our future QB looks like as well. I hope it isn't Grayson because he hasn't shown me crap.

You're calling the season done at week 3?

We got nothing to lose.
I say we're going out there and Play Ball.
Stephone Anthony & the D.
C.J. Spiller & Khiry & only we know that Luke actually can play.

Im glad Drew is getting a chance to recover. This is the week to do it.

How sweet would it be to come away with a W vs. Carolina now?

Lets Rock.

It's a good decision to let Brees get fully healthy before getting back out on the field.

This also, hopefully, gives McCown chance to shine and what a game to have to do it in. Good luck to the guy, he's been thrown in at the deep end on this occasion and IF he gets the win he will definitely silence the doubters for a while.

It's also nice to think that we have a pretty decent running game to fall back on if the need arises!

I'll be cheering for the Saints this Sunday thats for sure.

If we win, I know its a pretty big if, but if we do I can't wait to see the expression of total disbelief that will be on Cam Newton's face!

GEAUX SAINTS!!! . . . . . . . . . WHO DAT!!!

Trial by fire. I think the kid looked fairly poised in limited action in pre-season. He might be fine running with the 1's. Good protection and a good run game, it might actually be a good game. If McCown plays like crap or goes down he'll get his shot.

I don't agree. Atlanta and Carolina are not great teams. A 2 or even 3 game lead by those two teams is not that big of a lead at all.

I'd estimate we have a 60% shot at a playoff spot right now, even with Luke playing Sunday.

The 2nd half of our schedule looks pretty winnable.
