Re: Initial Injury Report

If Cooks is out that's bad because we have no receivers behind him and Snead.

Ugh. I hope this team can get healthy in a few days.

Glad to see that Ellerbe is off that list for good... I hope.

I actually don't see it as a major loss, Cooks really hasn't made an impact this year. Losing Snead would be more costly IMO.

Re: Initial Injury Report

Only major concern is Armstead. This would mean Peat gets the start.

If I was SP, all I would want is as many starters on the field as possible in two weeks. that would be goal. spot duty might be the best thing and see how things shack out during the game.

But I know every will hold their collective breath if Peat gets the start and Armstead sits. I would be ready to use a lot of dbl TE sets and pray we get the running game on track. Dare the eagles to stop us.

Peat needs to cut his teeth. but not without help

yea I am not that impressed with Cooks. Not as a first round pick anyway. He would make a good addition to a roster that already had one or two very legit receivers, but hes just not that number one kind of guy. Another Payton tinker toy.

Armstead is probably out for this game. (didn't practice at all this week) We are f***ed. Hopping Peat is better than I think though...

No. Cooks draws the coverage. Without Cooks, guess who takes his place? Coleman would then have to be relied upon.

Re: Initial Injury Report

We don't whether Peat will be bad or good. But he came from a well coached school.
