I miss the days of Chad Johnson, TO, and Joe Horn. You never knew what they'd do. It was exciting and fun.

I hate most dances that players do, but whatever Khiry was doing didn't look remotely excessive to me. The rule shouldn't be called "excessive celebration", if that's how they're going to enforce it, it should just be called "celebration". You don't say excessive holding, or excessive personal foul. And since it's apparent that it's illegal to do any sort of celebrating they should simply say "unsportsmanlike conduct... celebration".

I don't understand why this is so hard to understand.

There is no rule that says a player can't "celebrate". However, there's a rule that says, don't use the ball as a prop in your "celebration". So don't use the ****ing ball in your "celebration". Spike it, give it to the ref, toss it in the air, just drop it, but don't be stupid and use it to pretend it is anything... so simple.

And BTW, that was not a "celebration".. that was Robinson taunting the Cowboys, which begs the question: what business does a 3rd string player, on a 0-3 team, who at the time he was gifted the TD had like 15 yds in 5 carries (one being 8 yds long, so you can imagine how effective the other 4 were) has celebrating ****, let alone taunting the other team? Especially in a tight game?
