The New Orleans Saints have said often they have no margin for error this year. Even one mistake might mean the difference between a win and a loss.

On Sunday afternoon against the Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field, that seemed to have been forgotten.

The Saints (1-4) made mistakes aplenty in a 39-17 blowout loss to the Eagles (2-3), turning the ball over four times on the road.

The Saints had their moments, such as starting out the third quarter with a 46-yard pass from Drew Brees to Brandin Cooks on third-and-8.

But the Saints couldn't capitalize on that drive. Zach Hocker kicked a field goal to tie the game 10-10, but it was a sign of things to come.
