Saints add two defensive backs, dump two receivers

As the Saints get ready to try to slow down an Indianapolis passing attack with plenty of talented weapons, New Orleans has added a pair of defensive backs to the active roster.

Akeem Davis and Sammy Seamster were promoted from the practice squad. The moves were prompted by the fact that cornerback Keenan Lewis (hip, illness) and cornerback Damian Swann (concussion) are both out.

To create a pair of roster spots, the Saints have waived receiver T.J. Graham, and they terminated the contract of veteran receiver Joe Morgan (pictured).

The 2-4 Saints face the 3-3 Colts on Sunday, in a rematch of Super Bowl XLIV. The last time these teams met, the Saints won in New Orleans, 62-7

oh great. At least they run fast. well this may help the gunners. lets see what they got

Why do we need fast wide receivers? Drew can't throw the long ball any longer...

I guess if I was out of work, I would sign with the Saints. But, if I was Morgan, I would move on to plan B.
