Just before the New Orleans Saints were set to take on the previously undefeated Atlanta Falcons, defensive coordinator Rob Ryan had a few words. As Evan Woodbery of The Times-Picayune reported, Ryan not only wanted the blame for the defensive struggles to go on him, but he knew a turnaround was coming.

Asked if the defense was on the verge of turning things around, he replied, "I know we're on the verge of breaking through." Ryan told The Times-Picayune.

Yeah. I bet the boo birds around here are just about ready to fly south for the winter ( including Sean Payton ). But, RR can thank the youngsters. They sure are making him look good as well as the secondary coach McGriff, and Cam Jordan. Does anyone miss Junior? I did, but I'm over it.

Falclowns? NFC south rivalry game anything can happen.

the colts? the team is a mess

sorry Rob you are not off the hook just yet, but i will give you this. Colts had under 400 net yards against the saints. 370 something but it is a start.

Why do people always say that? "The colts? the team is a mess". when we beat Dallas people said the same thing. You think those 4 teams that beat us care if the Saints were a mess or not. All they care about is that they beat us and that they have a W in the win/loss column. If these teams weren't a mess we would not have beaten them. Well if my grandfather had wheels he'd be a wagon. Who cares if they were a mess. We won and they lost and that's the name of the game.

look at it this way.
Both these teams are better than Tampa.
Last 2 games were a vast improvement over our performance v. Tampa

You hit the nail on the head, everybody has issues the game still has to be played a team is only as strong as its weakest link

This i the NFL, there is such parity betwen the teams that its really only a few "stars" that are tipping the scales in any given game.
