And while someone will say oh no Brees doesn't need receivers. You will think differently if Colston is gone. But we need to get depth on defense. We can either get Brees the extra help on offense, maybe get oline help, or get some more young infusion on defense. Someone said this will take two years and that usually is the case focusing on both sides little by little instead getting one side right in one offseason.

Do we need a number 1 receiver? I don't know. But can we rely on Coleman a lot more next year? We need help at LB I believe and safety.

If Peyton doesn't shake it up, it'll eventually be him getting fired. It's just like the roster, you keep the all star QB but rotate the rest relative to their CURRENT production.

We need a OG & dominant DT

Snead is our #1 wr, he might not be fast but he can make catches in traffic
Cook look like a one trick pony

Defense

If you playing your #1 DE at DT then you must need a strong push in the middle, Kevin Williams playing exceptional but next year he will be 36. We desperately need depth at lb. hopefully, they're capable of releasing or trading Byrd next year to save money or cap

If we don't address the interior of both sides of the lines...well, same ol' same ol'. Gotta get upgraded at DT first and OG second.

If we can stop the run in the middle and get pressure on the QB from in the middle, our defense would magically get a whole lot better.

Or better yet, let's get upgraded at defensive coaches first.
