He is the best player on the defense by a mile. He is pretty good as a pass rusher and a great run defender. He has no help on the line so he gets all the attention of the defensive line.
Not that I care too much for PFF but, they have him rated as the number one edge defender.

Loomis loves to spend Bensons money bringing in bottom of the roster players to see if we can use them since we don't hit on our drafts or free agency. Keep kicking the tires. Why not? It's kind of like shopping at a yard sale. Sometimes there is something you want and you get it at a good price.

Don't forget we brought in Snead toward the end of last year off of another teams PS. It's a good time to look around and see what you can do to build next years team. We may see several of these names on next years 90 man roster. Not only that we may need some depth later this year if we keep getting hit by injuries.
