i'm posting here just in case JKool doesn't go back to the thread where he departed.

kool man, hope ya don't go dewd. i count ya as one of the most significant and intelligent posters. i have found it easier and more satisfying to avoid the ab debate wars. i'll throw in two cents worth of comment or a line of jest but otherwise try to avoid the vortex of some of those threads. there is passion and disagreement, a sure formula formula for riled and often less thoughtful posts. beyond that, some simply have an agenda to stir the pot or relentlessly hammer their views and not debate issues or points. think about it, are there any other topic threads that you feel so sucked into a vortex over? don't let the few overshadow what is otherwise a good breadth of saintly banter. my hope is to see ya stay and be able to avoid those landmines. take a breather, amazin' how a few days away can invigorate or give fresh perspective. peace.
