I think Jahri Evans will still be around.

Ellerbe was good when healthy but I think him and Hawthorne will be gone.
I hope Browner gets the foot or gets demoted to towel boy.

I think Striefs back. You dont the saving is only 1.3 ml or so on a 4+ml cap fugure. You dont pay a guy as good as him three million to sit at home to save 1ml. He'll take a cut for one more go imo.

Evans will be how much of a cut he's willing to take.

Hawthorne, Ellerbe & #39 could all be gone.

I think most of these veteran guys who are questionable to return, Colston, Strief, Evans, Morstead, Spiller, etc., are just going to have to battle it out in camp for their spots just like everybody else. If a beloved player like Colston, Evans or Strief plays through preseason and then doesn't make the team because someone else at their position looks better than him and takes it, I'm totally okay with saying goodbye like that.

Please get rid of Browner
why was he even on the field this year
need a first down? throw at Browner

Strief could help nurture the young guys and spell relief
Evans and Moorstead are not going anywhere
Thomas will be back at full strength

Spiller? make him show you something in training camp

why are the multi year big bucks signings?
give a big signing bonus and little cap

I won't miss the top three. The rest have at least a 50/50 shot at being here next year......except for Morestead. I think he's back because Payton likes good field position and Morestead is as good as they come.

Personally, I hope we keep Ellerbe and get some depth behind him.
