I don't believe the "weather" had anything to do with it.

But, you are crazy if you think he shopped himself around. No, not crazy. Stupid is more like it. It makes absolutely no sense. He couldn't go anywhere and have more power, more pay, more access to his kids and more affection from the fan base and ownership than New Orleans. What the heck would he have to gain? Nothing.

You said it yourself. You wanted him gone. Why? Sean Payton is far and away the best coach in Saints history and truly the only one that has ever really wanted to be here. You have no clue about what you are writing about.

Serious question here. Why would you have ever wanted the best coach ever in the 58 year history of the Saints gone? Seriously. What was your reasoning? Or were you just buying into the hype and not making your own informed decision. It is clear that when you truly thought about it you came to the right conclusion, but why did you ever think that in the first place?

Honestly wanting an answer to that question.

Re: Sean Stays

Anyone wanting to know what life would be like if Payton left, look at the bucks. That would be us, a new coach every 2-3 years. No thanks.

I'm glad this is over with. Watching some people freak out about every little story was getting annoying.

See how quiet the 'insiders' have got. Not one peep or piece now they've been proven liars and frauds
