A bad defense doesn’t mean that every player on the unit isn’t pulling their weight; Jordan was a beacon of excellence on a consistently listless Saints’ defense. Jordan topped 70 pressures for the second time in his career, but those playing behind him couldn’t capitalize on his consistently disruptive play.

Probably not high, unless you exclude the 1st half of the season.
In the 2nd half of the season he was among the elite CB's in the league every week.

Can you guys imagine a healthy Lewis and Breaux on the outside all season?

EDIT: actually it was pretty high even with his early struggles...

Highest graded defensive players
• Cam Jordan (+47.4)
Delvin Breaux (+11.8)
• Kevin Williams (+8.6)
• John Jenkins (+4.1)
• Michael Mauti (+4.1)
• Kenny Vaccaro (+3.7)

My top defender isn't on the roster yet. But be patient he will be after the draft.

I was surprised to see Jenkins, Mauiti and Vaccaro ranked so high.

Well Vaccaro has been a lot better this year than last year. Still some penalties to clean up but I kinda like how agressive he plays.

NT's rarely look good to us casual observers. Their stats aren't pretty and they rarely make the splash plays that get them noticed. I did keep seeing his PFF stats above average for almost the entire year.

Mauiti shocks me.

Vaccaro I'm a little surprised with. For a safety he rarely makes the big play and he sure looks like he still misses a lot of tackles.

Kam Chancellor was eaten up by a TE in the Minny game this past weekend and Gronk ripped him a new one in the SB last season. But, he's supposed to be the #2 SS in the league.

Re: PFF: Every Team's Top Defender

We get a good pass rusher next to him for a little help and Jordon will be consistant all pro. He just has to make up for too many deficiancies right now.
