this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Chip Kelly to 49ers. I was personally hoping they'd sign Spags from the Giants. Unfortunately they just got better......

I don't agree that he makes them better either. He made a mess of things in Philly. He's not the brilliant mind he was made out to be, at least not by NFL standards. I'm a little surprised he was able to get another HC gig so quickly. Chances are that San Fran was the only place he could have gotten it. They're a total dumpster fire, and hiring him only fans the flames as far as I'm concerned.
