From what i heard( i was at the game) was a guest announcer for the Voodoo game. He said that he has asked Venturi to play nickel in some situations. If Troy Brown can do it, anybody think Donte could?

Ignore the Dropped interception comment. Hell yeah!! And if he does look at it this way, A dropped interception is still a knock down on D, and an Incomplete for the opposing Offense???

Not sure what I think about the possibility... if this is true, he has a lot to learn still at WR. The 2 positions are different give him even more to learn and adapt to the position. I think a vet WR could easly transform into a good CD because anticipating routes ect. but I don\'t know if Stallworth is there yet.

That\'s exactly right Euphoria...

Also..Why risk the possibility of him getting injured?....He has rode the pine long enough in his short career...and i would hate to see his good showing last year...be all we have to talk about for another year +...

I agree with Euphoria, until he proves he has mastered the WR position, he can\'t assume more responsibility.
