everyone gets a TNF game, just about everyone gets a MNF game it seems now

It is all but certain that we are definitely playing on at least one Sunday night game.

Sunday night, September the 25th 2016, is the 10 year anniversary of the Katrina Gleason block (Sept. 25th, 2006).

The way I see it, there is virtually no way the league and NBC are going to let that one slip through their fingers. They absolutely love that play and that story. There's almost no way they would conceivably pass an opportunity to put that on in prime time... It's arguably the biggest storyline out of New Orleans in the history of the franchise. So big the team actually built a statue of it outside the Dome....

Saints/Falcons, in the Dome, Sunday night. Book it!

True but as we've discussed, this year's is kind of important plus NLFN can have their TNF game in that circus tent out east

Any prime time game brings out the best in Sean Payton and Drew Brees. I don't care if it's Thursday, Sunday or Monday night football. I want our boys on the field in front of a nationally televised audience for a late game. Normally the Saints shine in prime time.

Of course Der Kommisar Godhell would love to schedule us a road trip on a short week just to try to screw us when possible. He's doing his best. For crying out loud we've got three west coast games on this years schedule!

I don't think Goodell has anything to do with the week to week schedule, I think he has a say in some primetime matchups. But Howard Katz is the one that does the schedule. It's not that easy to set the schedule either. They use a computer system I hear.

I try to predict the week to week schedule every year and always fail.

Also what is with blaming Goodell for everything including the crusifiction of Christ? We had a bounty system, he found out about it, he told us to stop, we didnt and got caught. What is he supposed to do? Im sure he has much better things to do then hang out in his moms basement planning the demise of the Saints.
