NFL salary cap expected to be at least $155 million in 2016
 

The NFL salary cap is expected to be at least $155 million for the 2016 season, the NFL Network reported Monday. That would be an approximate jump of $12 million from 2014.

The actual salary cap number will not be calculated until a few days before the new league year begins March 9, an NFL Players Association representative said Monday.

The cap-strapped New Orleans Saints are thought to be below the $155 million figure as the team prepares for the beginning of the new league year and opening of free agency.

As long as Loomis stops kicking the can down the road then we will be outta' cap hell next year. We will spend money in FA but I think we'll go after mid tier players......except for possibly a starting LG or a DT.
