What pi$$es me off is we could have signed LG Clint Boling (Cincinnati) and had a really good offensive line this past season:
LT Terron Armstead LG Clint Boling C Max Unger RG Jahri Evans/Tim Lelito RT Zach Strief/Andrus Peat And be in a real good position going into both 2015 and 2016 draft and we threw that money away on a cornerback even the Patriots weren't able to reclaim... Where's the forward thinking vision with regards to the roster?!? Waiting until the next season is upon us has really limited our success... |

Ugh. Yeah I knew it before I read it. I knew he was terrible but this is bad :
"The 31-year-old ranked second in yards allowed to opposing wideouts (964). Quarterbacks logged an astronomical passer rating of 122.5 when targeting him, the worst such mark allowed among corners with at least 1,000 snaps. Browner also missed 14 tackles, tied for third-most among corners." |

FWIW, releasing #39 will save the Saints approximately $950k against next years cap. By designating him as a post June 1st cut saves $2.25M for 2016  .
