He also was able to get Inghram off his ass knowing he would fill the rb spot

his pass blocking was an issue

This isn't necessarily the end for him in NO. Saints simply didn't place a tender on KRob. 1.6M salary is a LOT of $$ on a RB coming off a major injury.

I'm sure the Saints FO left the door open for a possible return.

It just makes me think, along with the release of browner, that Spiller really was hurt and there was no other reason we didn't see more of him. I think if it was something else we'd release him just like we did Browner. I could be wrong, however.
