I wanted Robertson because he excels in coverage. If Ellerbe can't shake the injuries then Robertson will fill in at WLB very nicely I think.

The saints have just increase the teams speed ten fold at lB in the past few weeks and added a solid mentor. looking for a huge impact on special teams right out of the gate.

Robertson specializes in pass coverage. Sub-package player.

Folks do not look now but the saints may have a rotation forming at LB.

As for Kikaha at DE I kinda like the idea. His best football is attacking and behind the line of scrimmage.

Can not wait to see what the saints do in the draft to keep us guessing. 2 ILB is a shocker.

We were run on all season right up the middle. We needed another ILB and to try our rookie somewhere else. Still need a NT who can stop the run.

From his press conference today here's what I gathered:

- Stupar and Robertson are core special teamers.
- Kikaha will go full-time DE
- Anthony could move to strong side LB

That's mostly what we've all speculated about but now I believe a little more that Laurinaitis will play Mike and Anthony is moving over.

I'm excited about this signing more than the Laurinitus one.

Ellerbe played great but would always be injured, at least this gives us a little more flexibility and also an LB other Anthony who can drop into coverage.

We haven't had a LB who could cover since Vilma.
