They were celebrating just being out, fun, French Qtr. Fest. That is what I got from the article. See the photos in the link. Smith also had just tweeted a picture of him and his wife saying they were having a great time at the FrenchQ.Fest.

I assume Will met up the these friends of his since it a picture just about an hour bfore.

last night i think i was numb to the news. by the time i finished reading all the post i am sad and pi$$ed off. the pic of him and PT hanging out really hit me hard.

Mitch Landrieu needs to dragged out his office and beaten till he gets his priorities straight.

Ok I am going non PC here. Where is black lives matters? they are to afraid to confront this issue. So it is up to the people and the fans raise an uproar over the murder rate. when is enough enough?
