Mike Sando, of the Tacoma News Tribune, reports the Miami Dolphins have spoken with the Seattle Seahawks about a potential trade for Dolphins CB Patrick Surtain. Miami is asking for a 2005 second-round pick in return for Surtain. The Seahawks contacted the Dolphins Thursday, March 3, after losing CB Ken Lucas to the Carolina Panthers.

I don't think a second round pick is kinda cheap for this guy he is a damn good corner I would love to have him. What do you guys thinks about this.

shoot..we have a highersecond rounder..we should do every thing to get this doen..maybe throw in a late rounder to spice it.

Surtain has a pretty high salary. We could do it if he re-negotiated cause a 2nd doesn\'t seem like a lot for him. He will make 10 mil next year though. We definitely can not afford nor will pay that. Even if we traded Howard.
