Peat should be getting reps. at G. He already plays LT at a good level now and no question he will step in if Armstead goes down but what do we have behind Peat to take his place at G. We seem to have 2 LT(Peat and Armstead) with 2 C (Unger and Lelito) with little to no depth at G ( either spot) and little to no depth behind Strief at RT.

Although Evans will be visiting the Seahawks. Neither Grubbs or Evans will be what we need for right now. My fingers cross that either Leilito, Kelemete,or FA step up and solidify the OL

I recall reading that he has a neck issue that'll probably force an early retirement.

Shifting all these players around means we don't have a solid front five on offense. We have three out of five good O-line players and with Armstead out that means we have two out of five solid starters with virtually no depth. So, at best we have 3/5 of a line and currently we have 2/5 of a line. I'm not comfortable in the least.

I believe that the FO is waiting for a team with a deep line to cut players or possibly make a trade, but for crying out loud for this fan it is scary as Hell!

Way too early for Dallas to go after a backup. Some "name" will be available after the final cuts. The Saints need to consider keeping 6 QB's on the roster!!
