Thank God for Max Unger and Terron Armstead. Were it not for the two Saints All-Pro caliber veterans at center and left tackle respectively, the Saints offensive line would be a total dumpster fire.

Strief is better than people give him credit for and Sergio has been fairly solid.

The two weakest players are Lelito and Peat IMO.

1.) No Strief isn't. He is done.

2.) It's Senio Kelemete. He also sucks.

This all comes down to our Coaches aversion to drafting any player from LSU. If we had taken Collins last year, we are not in this position.

I wanted Collins too, but that narrative is getting old. He said he wouldn't sign with anyone who drafted him outside the first round. And from what I understand we made him an offer after the draft, but he made it clear that Dallas, for whatever God awful reason, was the only place he wanted to play. You can't fault the organization for not taking him in the first when he was connected to a murder investigation, and that's the only way we could have had him.

It's time for a change in the big easy if you ask me a total house cleaning from the top to bottom.

Too many of you are jumping off the ship...

After re-watching the game, pass protection wasn't that bad. Sure there were a few breakdowns, but the more I see it the more I am lead to believe the line needs time to gel. Houston has always had a stout defense and that starts with the front 7.

Players at the skilled positions made the true mistakes, from drops to fumbles and turnovers. Additionally the INT on Drew was BS, should have been a pass-interference call.

On the first drive alone you had 2 huge drops; both of which would have been first downs, Coleman's which would have had us in scoring position.

HOU and NE are both likely to win their divisions this year. Back away from the ledge.

I don't know where you get your info but Strief grades out pretty high at his position. He did better than Most other players in the league against JJ Watt last year.
Watt did school him a couple of times but he does that to everyone. Strief is a lot better than most give him credit for.
Look up some stats on him compared to others in the league and you will be surprised

The Saints have a 36 million dollar 3rd string TE, who needs an offensive line or a WR that can catch the football? I wonder what the Vegas odds are on Brees surviving the season?
