Well stop saying it and do something about it. I dint think coach has been the same since his suspension. The aggressive play calls have not been there. The players dont seem to take on board what he is saying and his loyal friends in coaching positions seem to get a free ride no matter how badly there units perform.

LG or RG Khalif Barnes prefer LG
If not the saints signed the wrong player. Barnes is better on the left side of the line

Andrus Peat vs Tim Litto
or
Andrus Peat and Armstead switch OT positions.

If Peat can hold down the position you gotta make a choice by trade dead line. Your not doing any one a favor bouncing him around

Coaching and character go hand in hand. If you don't have good character how can you be a good coach? SP needs to evaluate his own self.

The last two Preseasons - 0 and 4

The last two regular seasons - both started 0 and 4, fighting back to 7-9

If this season has any look remotely like those seasons, then Payton has to be on the hot seat.

I just don't think management have the balls to admit who the problem really is.

I personally wasn't thrilled that we gave Payton an extension, we haven't had any success in years, I'll gladly take it back if we show up in the regular season but at the minute I'm sceptical to say the least.

However, if the season goes like the last two have or worse, then we need to take a long look at the coaching staff, maybe even clean house.

The only recent addition I'm remotely impressed with is Jeff Ireland as our drafts seem much better.

For me this has nothing to do with our preseasonm record, it has to do with sloppy play and lack of execution. We are not a good footnball team. Our oline is like a turnstile at a subway
