Saints bring in a slew of player for workouts, including Jahri*Evans
The Saints have struggled to find the right combination on the interior of their line with 2015 first-round pick Andrus Peat, Tim Lelito and Senio Kelemete among the options. Nick Underhill of the New Orleans Advocate reports that Khalif Barnes, who was cut by the Saints over the weekend, was also part of the workout.
Wide receiver Rueben Randle, most recently of the Eagles, took part as well and Underhill adds long snappers Aaron Brewer and Thomas Gafford; offensive linemen Mike Liedtke and Bryce Harris; cornerbacks Darrin Walls, B.W. Every team does a few players at this time, but damn... is it me or is the inordinate number of tryouts?

I thought Randle was cut because he couldn't pass his physical in the first place.
Edit: I take that back. I remember hearing that he was not in shape. |
