I've no issue with cutting him. The contract was just stupid to start with. He can't play 16 games and has shown bothing in years. Hightower has shown more in the past 12 months

I just don't even....this is getting old quick. I started to wonder why we didn't trade him and then realized no one would pay the stupid salary we gave him. Stupid.

Honestly? Not surprised by it even at his current salary. This is how they operate, and sitting him Sunday was way too weird, we all know it. The whole "didn't fit in the game plan" bit was nice window dressing, but it still smelled fishy. It's a shame this move never worked out. I really thought he could be a difference maker here.
