Yeah, the season is over, Payton has to go, whoever's decision it was to give him a 5 year extension after 2 straight 7-9 seasons needs their head examined.

If we don't clean house now, we are going to be a mess for a while, I'm talking perennial top 5 draft pick like the browns and jags.

We didn't solve the main problem, Payton and his buddies that he keeps in a job despite the fact they are useless.

I wouldnt say our team has no heart. Especially the young guys. The problem is they are inexperienced.
