Maybe the bucs can win?

this is a discussion within the Saints Community Forum; Fingers crossed bucs pull a week 15 upset in Dallas. That would take the division from Atlanta. And it's what we badly need. Atlanta is being set up nicely to go to Dallas against two rookies in the divisional round. ...

Atlanta is being set up nicely to go to Dallas against two rookies in the divisional round. And Detroit, who probably has the best chance in the playoffs, team wise, runs into the dreaded west coast road trip in Seattle.

And I don't think the giants have a prayer in Atlanta. Washington or Minnesota are not winning in Detroit.

Everything points to Atlanta going to the sb.

Re: Maybe the bucs can win?

Well bucs just won in SD and that's even better. Bucs win one against us and against Carolina, 4-2 division. 9-7.

Do you believe we will go 2-4 or 1-5 in division? I don't think so.

Be glad the bucs just won a big game that keeps Atlanta out of a home playoff game and now having to go to Detroit or GB. And we know the bucs will not beat the giants or vikings in wild card round.

You obviously have a problem with grasping the truth. Dak and Elliot are not gonna be ready in January to respond to the fight seasoned teams are gonna put up against them. Mark my words cowboys only chance is playing the giants in wild card round and I even give the giants a small chance there. Dallas does not go to the sb. Final. And if Atlanta won the division they were going to shred them(offensively) putting the pressure on those rookies. You can hope all you want. But that's the problem sometimes you have to realize we brought this on ourselves. I'm a very knowledgeable NFL fan that just always knows where the results will go in January. I'm hardly ever wrong in January. I know it sucks, but get over it.

Will,

Your "what if" scenarios/post are amusing yet silly. If your plan is to win 5 straight games and depend on help, you've already lost. The truth is that the Saints aren't very good and we are what our record says they are. This is a week to week league and the NFL is hard.
