IMO this is a nice signing that we needed at the position.

wow! A nba kinda trade.....Texans paid a draft pick to relieve their cap.... Never seen nothing like that...Browns don't know how to develop their players so I'll be looking for that pick on the waiver wire in 3yrs

With all these picks they have and no WR we should be talking to the Browns about Cooks
