Geoff Hobson, of Bengals.com, reports the Atlanta Falcons are believed to be the frontrunners to acquire free agent LB Ed Hartwell (Ravens), according to Hartwell's agent Harold Lewis. Another undisclosed suitor is also believed to be pursuing Hartwell.

Man....i sure hope not, but it wouldn\'t surprise me. He would torture us for years to come.
